The Opportunity: Partner with REODirectory.com to use the award winning WordPress software to produce a statewide government and bank owned property for sale report. The url will be yourstatename-properties.reodirectory.com and will look something like the Florida REO Properties site.

This will depend on your state (because of the difference in size of lists, traffic levels, etc.). The levels of participation are not set in stone, but I anticipate three levels of participation with a free level, a mid-price level and a higher priced “all inclusive, ad free” level.
With the free level, you would be expected to update the site with property lists after you were taught how.
At the mid-level updates will be done for you, a link will still be required from your website and it will be advertising supported. There will be a small fee for doing the site updates.
At the highest level, all updates would be done for you, no link would be required from your website (in fact this could be your website), and no advertising would be required - however that level will likely be very expensive.
