Showcase Your Expertise on REONews
The Opportunity: There are currently positions open for 5 to 10 REO Brokers or Buyer Brokers with REO experience to write short articles (250 words or less) for REONews on an ongoing basis.
What you get:
- Reputation. Your name will be on each article for REO buyers and REO asset managers to see.
- A link in each article to your existing website. (Don’t have one? We can help.)
- Listing as a contributor.
- Inclusion in the REODirectory For Buyer and For Asset Manager sections with an “Expert” designation.
- Buyer traffic.
- Seller traffic.
What you provide:
- A link from your current established website to REODirectory.com main page. (A link to your own articles is also encouraged. We can even help you feature article summaries on your own website with a newsfeed.)
- 4 to 8 short articles a month. This should not take more than 3 hours a month.
Details on the articles: The commitment would generally be for 1 to 2 articles per week. At least 1 article a month should focus on the general residential market conditions in your area including estimates or statistics on REO activity. The other articles could be anecdotes, commercial or multifamily market conditions, tips for buyers, tips for sellers, anything related to REO especially in your local real estate market. This opportunity is open to Buyer’s Agents and buyer oriented articles are welcome.
